Carla Barbara Akpu leads PurifiCare’s operations, team development and client service. Her background spans human resources, administration and service coordination across education, public-service and care settings in the United Kingdom. She brings experience in recruitment, onboarding, stakeholder communication, structured record-keeping and supporting multidisciplinary teams. Carla holds an MSc in Business with Human Resources Management from Northumbria University and a First Class BSc in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University. At PurifiCare, her focus is clear responsibilities, dependable service delivery and lasting client relationships.
