Lead technical assessments and planned maintenance for PurifiCare business clients, and make sure every site has a clear asset register, care calendar and report.
Fee is discussed with shortlisted candidates. This is a launch engagement; no salary is advertised.

What you will do
- Carry out and supervise technical / condition assessments
- Build and maintain client asset registers and care calendars
- Set and check site safety practice, permits and method statements
- Quality-assure completed work and close-out evidence
- Coordinate qualified specialist providers for high-risk or specialist work
- Prepare clear client reports with priorities, owners and next actions
What we look for
- Relevant mechanical, electrical or building-services competence
- Demonstrable experience on commercial sites such as offices, banks or managed buildings
- Confident with preventive-maintenance planning, records and client reporting
- Any professional registration you hold will be verified before engagement
