PurifiCare Cleaning & Maintenance

How care works

Assess. Plan. Maintain. Report.

A clear process means no surprises: you know what is included, when we'll attend and what we found.
  1. Step 1

    Assess

Review condition, establish a baseline asset register and record open defects, existing contracts and warranties. Identify priorities, ownership and required approvals.

  2. Step 2

    Plan

Agree tasks, equipment schedules, responsibilities, access, exclusions and a scope-based fee. Set visit frequency and report frequency separately in the maintenance calendar.

  3. Step 3

    Maintain

Coordinate the agreed technical care, cleaning and competent appointed providers. Record work completed and any issues needing client decisions.

  4. Step 4

    Report

Share actionable observations, open defects, priorities, ownership, approvals and next actions. Weekly status updates are included only where agreed; detailed monthly reports and site assessments are separately scoped.

What's agreed in every scope

  • • Daily housekeeping is separately staffed, scoped and priced.
  • • Reactive attendance, agreed business hours and any labour limits are defined separately.
  • • Materials and parts are itemised and approved before purchase.
  • • Major replacements and full repainting are separate work; wall preparation / touch-ups are limited to the agreed scope.
  • • Specialist, high-risk and central plant / building-system work stays with qualified appointed providers.
  • • Physical cable management requires client IT coordination; no IT / network configuration or unauthorised live-system changes.
  • • Client access, approvals and ownership of open actions are agreed before work.
  • • Original warranties, existing contractor responsibilities and pre-existing defects are recorded separately.
  • • Visit and report frequency are agreed separately. A weekly status report does not automatically mean a weekly engineer visit.

A baseline you can act on

The asset register identifies equipment, location, available OEM guidance and existing responsibilities. Condition assessments record observations and open defects, not invented diagnostic or statutory certification claims.

The calendar defines when work takes place; the reporting scope defines when you receive updates. Both require agreement.

Accountable care

Know what's done. Know what's next.

Weekly care / status report

Where included in a plan: work completed, open issues, client approvals and upcoming visits.

Monthly technical condition report

A more detailed technical condition report and site assessment where scoped: observations, open defects, work completed, priorities, ownership, required approvals and next scheduled actions.

Visit and report frequency are agreed separately. A weekly status report does not automatically mean a weekly engineer visit.

Process questions

Is the assessment free?

Tell us about the property through the request form first. We'll confirm whether an on-site visit is needed and, if any assessment fee applies, we tell you before booking.

How quickly can you start?

Start dates depend on the scope and our delivery capacity in your city. We confirm a realistic date in the written scope rather than promise one up front.

What goes into a visit record?

Observations, open defects, work completed, priorities, ownership, required approvals and next scheduled actions. Weekly status reports are included only where agreed; detailed monthly technical reports and site assessments are separately scoped.

Does weekly reporting mean weekly engineer attendance?

Visit and report frequency are agreed separately. A weekly status report does not automatically mean a weekly engineer visit.

What if something is already broken?

Pre-existing defects and any original warranties are recorded at assessment and handled separately from routine care.

We'll review the scope and delivery capacity, then agree a calendar and fee with you.
