- Frequency follows the equipment, how it is used, the site assessment and manufacturer guidance — not automatically quarterly for every unit
- Refrigerant work, major repairs and replacement parts are quoted and approved separately
- Central plant and building-management systems stay with qualified appointed providers

Run-hour and model-based generator servicing through qualified providers, with checks and records for each visit. Fuel, parts and major repairs agreed separately.
Finishes and minor repairs
Cleaning, preparation, priming and touch-up painting, plus minor door and hardware fixes, to an approved scope and finish.
