Technical maintenance: questions
How often are AC units serviced or filters cared for?
Equipment / OEM guidance, operating conditions and use determine the calendar. Service, filter care and drainage checks are agreed for the assessed equipment; there is no universal interval.
Does cable management include IT support?
No. We can tidy and label physical cable routes in coordination with your IT team. IT / network configuration and unauthorised live-system changes are excluded.
How is generator care scheduled?
Equipment type, assessed condition, manufacturer guidance and run hours inform the schedule. Care is delivered by qualified appointed specialists, with access and responsibilities agreed first.
Are parts or warranty repairs included?
Parts, materials and major replacements need separate approval. Existing warranties and pre-existing defects are recorded at assessment; warranty responsibilities are not assumed by routine care.
