What's included
- Agree rooms, priorities, access and any areas to avoid
- Kitchens: surfaces, appliance exteriors, sinks and splashbacks
- Bathrooms: sanitaryware, tiles, mirrors and fittings
- Dusting, floors and finish-appropriate floor care
- Optional periodic deep clean, move-in or move-out clean
Limits and separate approvals
- Laundry, ironing and live-in or daily housekeeping are scoped and priced separately
- High-access windows, exterior facades and hazardous material removal are excluded
- Valuables and fragile items are handled only by agreement
Abuja and Lagos. Port Harcourt: by prior arrangement. Coverage and start dates are confirmed after a scope and delivery-capacity review.

You receive a fixed fee for the agreed scope. Nothing starts before approval.

Date and team are confirmed with you. Preferred times are subject to team confirmation.

Deliver
Kitchens: surfaces, appliance exteriors, sinks and splashbacks, and the rest of the agreed scope.

Report
You receive a short completion note with anything that needs attention.
Questions
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. Access, keys or a named contact are agreed before the first visit and recorded in the scope.
Who supplies cleaning materials?
We agree it in writing: either itemised materials we supply, or products you prefer us to use.
